I ordered what I clearly requested as a glueless wig, mentioning “wig” multiple times in my communication. However, I received bundles and a closure instead of a full wig. This was not what I ordered.
When I raised the issue, the company did not properly try to rectify the mistake and instead expected me to cover international shipping costs to return the items. This was especially frustrating as they did not confirm the order details with me before dispatching it.
On top of this, the bundles were very thin, and I had specifically requested body wave hair but was sent straight hair instead. Overall, the product did not match what I paid for or asked for.
Customer service was also disappointing — responses became slow and eventually I was ignored when trying to resolve the issue.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This is my first time ordering and I love it. I got many compliments. I will be ordering from Best Beauty again. Highly recommended for everyone even if you are a beginner like me.
